This second session of four, Can A Nation Create Entrepreneurs? will focus on intrapreneurship - the art of being enterprising within an organisation.
Described as entrepreneurship's forgotten little brother or sister, getting innovation to flourish within an organisation can be just as challenging as entrepreneurship.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from intrapreneurs, expert witnesses and your colleagues; and to set yourself an intrapreneurial challenge.
We examine just how easy, or difficult it is for innovation to flourish in an organisation. How easy is it to do something different? What gets in the way? Who gets in the way? Can it be done and if so, how?
Do you work in an organisation where the default position is "yes" but somehow nothing ever happens? This is a chance to find out what really happens to enterprising people and innovative approaches which try to take root in organisations and companies.
To book please contact Jessica Barrett, EDAS events officer, jessicabarrett@edas.org.uk, or visit the event page
Over the next few months the RSAde Group will be consolidating regional social networks and nings.
The aim will be to improve connectivity for Fellows, improve communication and reduce fragmentation.
If you would like further information on these changes please contact the RSAde team via the Digital Engagement group on this network.
