What differentiates New Westminster College is our orientation on leadership and inclusion of our executive students to our extensive global network of distinguished leaders.
We believe that executive governance and performance, and the effective measurement thereof, have a direct correlation to leadership. Most business disciplines that are taught are specialties that play important roles within an organization. However, our conviction is that leadership plays the most important role and must therefore serve as the ethical foundation from which other business disciplines can be taught, learned and practiced.
Knowledge of economics, finance, accounting, marketing, management or any other business discipline does not make you a leader.
Leadership is the one discipline that drives all other business disciplines. So that is our foundational orientation and focus.

Over the next few months the RSAde Group will be consolidating regional social networks and nings.
The aim will be to improve connectivity for Fellows, improve communication and reduce fragmentation.
