Social Network for RSA Fellows

Thank you to everyone who attended the #RSAde strategy meeting in Manchester yesterday. And a big thanks to Vivs for organising such a fabulous venue - the Portico Library - which is a completely fascinating place (great to be surrounded by 150 year old books: gives a good perspective when discussing digital matters)!

I'll write up more detail in a blog post later but in the meantime, here are those all-important action points. Please let me know if I've got anything wrong or left anything/ one out (some attendees definitely got off more lightly than others)!

Hi Jemima

Interesting to see how the DE group is moving forward. It all looks really positive.

In case it is of help or interest, the RSA has a Flickr account and a group already although it is not used to its full potential. I think this is because it is not managed by one person and tries to cover everything.

Kirsti

Thanks Kirsti - that's good to know.

I haven't managed to upload my pics yet but when I do, will make sure they link to existing account and group.

#RSAde fly-on-the-wall - three hours of deliberations and discussions in 75 seconds:

Square stills from the day can be found here and also on the RSA Group on Flickr - be sure to add yours too... (if you need help with Flickr Groups, please refer to their help section).

Thanks Michael - brilliant!
PS. Have uploaded my pics of the day to Flickr and added to the RSA pool.
Looks like FutureGov and Google have already got a more-accessible-web-for-seniors Hackathon planned - http://www.simpl.co/interactivism- good to see. Anybody going who will report back?

Michael, this looks great!

There's an extra hyphen in your link by the way. Try this one:

Deadline for ideas is 1st June so RSAde have two weeks to get something together - I'll send an email out.

Hi everyone,

I've just blogged about the strategy meeting here. Any comments - especially feedback on using the POST model - very welcome!

That's a great blog Jemima, thank you. Michael's fly-on-the-wall is brilliant too!
