Questions outstanding before reporting back to Council
1. Including ‘regional’ in different levels of scale. Group decided yes.
2. Removing sign-off by Fellows. Group decided yes – perhaps replace with sign-off by Council, Exec, Trustees to show support across organisation
2. Design
Suggestions from feedback to be passed to designers for new design.
Mock ups were due for today, but time lines delayed slightly.
Plan to publish A4 version, update the display in the House, and create an RSAnimate on the story of Fellowship including
the production of the Charter, the relevance to 21CE and the opportunities
available to Fellows now
3. ‘How to’ guides
Will not be producing printed guides as expensive and will go out of date very quickly.
Instead work is under way to
Overhaul website content and navigation to make the ‘how to’ clearer
Update and clarify communications
Develop toolkits and case studies for the website
Linked to other working groups (digital engagement, projects development, regions)
Will continue to involve Fellows in testing and creating content and layout – details tbc
4. Evaluation process
Aim of Fellowship Charter is to Charter designed to ‘reaffirm common aims and values’ across Fellowship and organisation. As part of wider changes and interventions to increase the RSA’s social impact.
To check if it has made a difference – working to tie in with other streams of work
1. RSA impact reporting
2. NCVO Future of Membership project
3. Regions mapping of Fellowship
