Share 'Hotels'

I'm coming into London next week. As a fellow and soical Entrepreneur, I don't have bundles of cash but need to overnight in London. I wonder if the RSA could do a deal with a hotel in the vacinity to help people from the darkest depths of Britain (like me) get a better deal in London? Any idea who might be the person to ask about this idea? Thanks Mark
