I have researched and published the unexplored territory of personal experiences of executive transitions in my book Lost in Transition (Cyan 2006), co-authored with Richard Elsner.I also work with clients to develop organisational capability in the effective integration of new in post leaders and executives.

I am based in the UK, and also work in the USA, South Africa and Europe; I teach at a leadership centre near Boston, USA and through a partner organisation in Sweden.
