Profile information
I am a consultant and coach working with leaders and their teams in corporations around the world. I have researched and published the unexplored territory of personal experiences of executive transitions in my book Lost in Transition (Cyan 2006), co-authored with Richard Elsner.I also work with clients to develop organisational capability in the effective integration of new in post leaders and executives.
For my next book, I am researching the issues of the post-career career - for people who have ended their conventional career yet still want to lead productive and meaningful working lives.
I am based in the UK, and also work in the USA, South Africa and Europe; I teach at a leadership centre near Boston, USA and through a partner organisation in Sweden.

For all those who've asked about prints and PDFs - they are available to download and buy on Cognitive Media's website. Cognitivemedia.co.uk
