Hi Colin, I'm completely hooked and can't put it down, so would be a pleasure to write a review. You've articulated what I intuitively believed from running production workshops with unemployed young people, that the practical hands on experience should come first, followed by training once trust and confidence have built up - and a reason to learn things becomes clear. Really useful overview and fair critique of the recent history of government initiatives too. I'm only half way through, but will be recommending it to everyone!
