C21 Enlightenment! Managing Value in Organisations
Hi All
After many conversations with many helpful Fellows (and others) I've written a new book which aims to prepare organisations to get beyond panicky perceptions of the future as a 'bonfire of the certainties' and plan to manage uncertainty. I'm suggesting that to reach their next stage of development faster they need to reinvent their Management, Business and Learning Models together -with the Learning Model as midwife for these changes.
The book is: Managing Value in Organisations: New Learning, Management and Business Models
The narrative is testing 1 idea (above) in 5 organisations, over 1 year through 2 journeys.
