I do think it is most unfortunate that we have two motions in front of us at the AGM 2010. The RSA needs to review its governance and that is surely the starting point. Far better to wait for the outcome of such a review, ideally chaired or at least involving external observers and then we can see where that takes us in terms of the trustee board. Profile information
I joined the Fellowship in September 2006 and am a Life Fellow. I am a member of the RSA Chichester and Portsmouth Fellows' Network. I am on the regional committee for South Central (chair, 2010-12).

I work for West Sussex County Council as a policy manager in adult social care.

My particular professional and personal interests, where they overlap with the RSA, are around social inclusion, community outreach and lifelong learning.
