Having been a teacher and leader in secondary education for over 30 years I now develop leadership skills in teams and individuals in both the private and public sector. The work I do develops self-awareness in individuals as well as supporting and enabling them to be more effective in their roles. I am also developing my CPD in coaching through an ILM level 7 certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. This is a very fulfilling aspect of what I do. Coaching also helps me to grow and learn.
