Indy,

I'm attaching a presentation that I did at IESE (Barcelona, 2010) that deals with quantum humanism and humanistic management. One of the slides is a relation (an invitation?) between the principles of a humanistic manager and the ones of a quantum manager. I do not explain them there.

Hi Indy

Great that you like quantum humanism. Is a mixture between quantum mechanics (or sub-atomic physics) and otherness (or alterity). I did a theoretical research about both topics, using scholars and practitioners in both topics like Fritjov Capra, David Bohm (physics) and Enrique Duseel, Abraham Maslow, Carl Jung (alterity). Right now I have been applying it to management, and trying to link it to Peter Senge's five disciplines. We can talk more if you want anytime by skype (ID: carlos.largacha).

Saludos,

Carlos
