Launch of RSA Digital Champions

At the RSAde strategy meeting in May 2011 we agreed it would be kind of nice to start building a community of digital ambassadors to support and promote engagement at grassroots level. Thanks to a lot of hard work from Matthew Mezey, this fledgling network is now up and running with around 20 volunteers in regions and nations the UK, and four in the US.To be an RSA digital champion…See More

#RSAde strategy meeting - action points agreed

We had a great meeting yesterday at the Portico Library, Manchester. We only had two hours, so not enough time to set out a full-fledged strategy. However I'm really pleased with the list of action points we agreed and the number of talented fellows and staff who are involved and have happily committed (more or less!) to devote time to this project.

Thanks Jemima, just discovered there are Xmas drinks in the building where I work that evening too so shall try to make it to yours (a) in time for some serious stuff and (b) half way sober (actually it's not a very exciting do so I shall probably turn up early and stone cold sober!). May have talked a colleague into coming along too as we are in the throes of thinking about social networking, as a membership organisation.

Well I hope I'm attending but the email rsvp address produced bounce back and this ning says I may be attending (tho my pic is in the attending box). A fine practical demonstration of the perils and pitfalls of online socialising presumably.

Congrats Jemima and look forward to seeing you there.
