Career teacher and school leader internationally. Held leadership positions in Malawi, Colombia,China and the UAE. Doctoral research in school improvement. Interests in CSR and private schooling, CPD and performance evaluation and enterprise education. Experience also in EAL and SEN provision in the mainstream. Enjoys travel, debate, karate, curry, cinema and family life.
