Profile information
Volunteering in 2006, Angus MacLean, (my brother), encountered 4 women making recycled paper bead jewellery, being trained to work for a now defunct organisation. He formed a new empowerment project, selling their finished jewellery in a local town market, and encouraged them to keep up their skill. I later came to volunteer in Uganda and Angus introduced me to the women. Under the direction of myself, I matured the cooperative into the ethical bead business it is today, Mzuribeads.

Hi Kirstie,
My first friend! A kind thought, so I thought I'd respond and I like the bread idea. I work in N Ireland (Belfast) and head up a large social enterprise Bryson Charitable Group www.brysongroup.org - we're a busy lot, so check the website if you want to know more - thanks again - John

RSA Animate - The Big Erase

For those die-hard RSA Animate fans, here's a little glimpse at what we like to do after all that hard work. That's Andrew 'never knowingly-not-wearing-a-stripey-top' Park - the illustrator extraordinaire behind the RSA Animate images. For all those who've asked about prints and PDFs - they are available to download and buy on Cognitive Media's website. Cognitivemedia.co.uk
