Thanks Susan, I was aware of the lecture on the 17th and am planning to attend. In fact it was only after seeing it advertised that I became aware of the William Shipley Group and joined it on here and I'm interested in knowing more about the history of the RSA. I wonder how many Fellows of both there are today, can think of 4 who I know. Are you going to be there on the 17th? I've offered to sign in a member of the RSA staff as a guest, but he hasn't got back to me yet, if he doesn't want to attend I'd be willing to sign in a William Shipley Group member.

Hi Susan

I'm not entirely sure that I've successfully joined the William Shipley Group - if not maybe I'm doing something wrong. If there's anything I can contribute I'd be happy to do so.

I'm not aware of ongoing research on Gordon Russell and his philosophy but will ask of others maybe better placed to know..

Best wishes

Jonathan
