Thanks Matthew, that sounds really promising. It would be a big help to those of us engaged in discussion on Linkedin if you could post there too. The front-end you describe sounds as if it could be a big help. As well as some platform integration,…

Hi folks, Fragmentation is certainly one of the key issues I feel needs dealing with. Here are a few things I have planned that should help: * Make a traffic-light grid of all the RSA online channels so we can all see which connect to other channels…

@charlotte @roxanne I'm thinking of an Interim solution that could be set up and run by Fellows ... somewhere ... if there aren't staff resources to do it

@David @Roxanne - Sign posting is crucial here to start getting momentum.  The online presence for The RSA is so fragmented.  I'd be thinking about the fellows journey and what touch points might be. Thinking wider about the Nings,…

Hi David, welcome back :) As Jemima said my understanding is that the exec team in John Adam Street (JAS) are looking at a much-needed broad IT strategy for the Society as a whole - the Fellowship platform forms a crucial part of that. At this stage…

Thanks Jemima, I'm now in touch with Roxanne. I'm guessing it will be a year or more before there's a fully tested and functioning new platform up, and that meanwhile the "welcome-signposting" group should leave liaison on…

Hi David, Great to have you back! Clive Holdsworth (interim head of IT) is due to present his initial draft of the technology strategy to RSA exec this Wednesday, and has promised to share the detail with RSAde after that. Roxanne is leading on this…

Just had a fully-fledged top-flight Enterprise Architect join the team that is emerging from Linkedin discussions about an interim welcome-landing-signposting package, mentioned in my previous comment. Can anyone please provide an update on…

Hi all - I've just rejoined RSA after an 18 month break, full of enthusiasm to make a positive contribution. Matthew Taylor invited to me to meet (next Monday) after I commented on his blog applauding ideas for RSA as a social innovation…

Hi Viv
Good to connect with you again. Yes, things are going well in Newcastle/Stoke and we're engaged in a couple of very interesting projects bringing social networking and cultural development together. More news soon. What are the RSA up to in this area, anything in terms of community development we'd be keen to be part of.
