Fragmentation is certainly one of the key issues I feel needs dealing with. Here are a few things I have planned that should help:

Also a member of the Networks Team supporting and nurturing Fellow-led activities and projects with a focus on four regions; North West (where I live), Yorkshire, East & West Midlands. I have been with the RSA for 11 years in a variety of roles, prior to this worked in marketing, property and banking.
