advice for newbies

Hello - am just starting to form a CIC and we are not sure which model to adopt - in particular none of us really understand how shares work having all come from voluntary / local authority backgroundsAnyone out there willing to meet over a coffee in the Gerard bar - or elsewhere - but not breakfast please!  dont like early mornings!thanks WendySee More
