Thanks. yes - good to 'meet' you too! I quite agree about 'Reasonable Adjustments'. The issue is getting employers/everyone to understand what that means. So if we can get an intelligent debate going about what it actually, practically would mean to implement - and how achievable it is - then more national organisations and employers would be able to avoid regularly breaking the Disability Discrimination Act..!.
